Weekly Live Group Calls
Wednesdays | 12:00–1:15 PM Eastern

• Help you understand what your body is responding to
• Support real-life integration, not just insight
These calls are experiential, practical, and grounding.
You’ll leave each session knowing what to do and why it works.
Because your time matters, most of the work happens live—so your system can integrate between calls without extra homework.
Private 1:1 Voxer Support (Six Weeks)
This is not a group thread. You’ll receive private Voxer access for the full six weeks with clear, supportive boundaries:
• Up to one 5-minute voice note or one short text, twice per week
• Responses twice weekly (Tuesdays and Fridays)
• Guidance that’s concise, regulating, and capacity-building
Voxer is used for:
