This is a six-week, trauma-informed container for high-achieving women who are ready to stop pushing and start moving forward from a regulated state.
Inside this experience, you will learn how to:

- Create daily habits that support your goals without burnout
- Move forward without pressure, forcing, or self-sabotage

- Weekly live group Zoom calls (with full on-demand replays)
Wednesdays, 11:00β12:15pm Eastern beginning April 15th - Private 1:1 Voxer support for six weeks
Up to one 5-minute voice note or one short text, twice per week
Thoughtful responses twice per week on Tuesdays and Fridays
