Voxer Support Terms and Conditions

These Voxer Support Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to standalone Voxer coaching services purchased from Elyssa Smith LLC (“Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing a Voxer support offer and checking the agreement box at checkout, you (“Client” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms.

1. VOXER SUPPORT SERVICES

Your purchase includes private coaching support with Elyssa Smith through the Voxer messaging platform for the period identified in the specific offer you purchase.

Voxer support may include:

  • Coaching and guidance
  • Questions and check-ins
  • Processing and reflection
  • Strategy and feedback
  • Integration support
  • Accountability

The specific duration, price, and any additional services included in your purchase will be stated on the applicable offer or checkout page.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Voxer support does not include scheduled coaching calls or additional services outside of Voxer messaging.

 

2. START DATE & SUPPORT PERIOD

Your Voxer support period will begin on the start date agreed upon between you and Elyssa Smith.

Your access will continue for the duration stated in the offer you purchased and will end at the conclusion of that support period.

Unused days, delayed participation, or periods in which you choose not to use Voxer do not extend the support period unless otherwise agreed to by Elyssa Smith in writing.

3. COMMUNICATION & RESPONSE TIMES

Standard Voxer support hours are:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding U.S. holidays.

You may send Voxer messages outside of these hours; however, responses should not be expected during evenings, weekends, holidays, or outside of Elyssa’s regular availability.

Elyssa will make reasonable efforts to respond to messages within 48 business hours.

Voxer is intended for ongoing coaching communication and is not an emergency or crisis-response service.

4. PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Payment is due according to the terms displayed on the offer or checkout page at the time of purchase.

All payments for Voxer support are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

Because time and capacity are reserved for your support period, no refunds, credits, prorated refunds, or extensions will be provided because you:

  • Choose not to begin or continue using the service;
  • Do not send messages or fully utilize the available Voxer support;
  • Become unavailable during your support period; or
  • Decide that you no longer wish to participate.

Your purchase reserves access to Elyssa for the designated support period; it does not guarantee a specific amount or frequency of communication initiated by you. 

 

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & USE OF VOXER

You agree to use Voxer support respectfully and in a manner consistent with its intended coaching purpose.

Elyssa reserves the right to suspend or terminate Voxer access in the event of abusive, threatening, harassing, disrespectful, or otherwise inappropriate conduct, or material misuse of the service.

If Elyssa must end the engagement for reasons unrelated to Client conduct before the purchased services have been delivered, the treatment of any undelivered prepaid services will be communicated in writing and handled consistent with applicable law.

 

6. COACHING DISCLAIMER

Voxer support is a coaching service.

Coaching is not therapy, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, legal advice, or crisis support, and it should not be used as a substitute for services provided by an appropriately licensed professional.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, well-being, and results during and after the coaching relationship.

Elyssa Smith does not guarantee any specific result, outcome, income, business result, personal transformation, or other result from participation in Voxer support.

If you require medical, mental-health, legal, emergency, or other licensed professional assistance, you agree to seek support from an appropriately qualified provider.

 

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Elyssa Smith will use reasonable care to keep non-public personal and business information shared through the coaching relationship confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to address a serious safety concern.

Your name, image, story, testimonial, or results will not be used for marketing purposes without separate permission.

You acknowledge that Voxer is a third-party communication platform and that use of the platform is also subject to Voxer’s own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Any coaching frameworks, exercises, resources, materials, processes, or other proprietary content provided by Elyssa Smith remain the intellectual property of Elyssa Smith LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.

Materials provided as part of Voxer support are for your personal use and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, published, or used commercially without prior written permission.

 

9. LIMITATION OF SERVICES & RESULTS

Coaching is collaborative, and results vary based
