Welcome to Elyssa Smith's coaching and consulting services. By purchasing any service, program, or package offered through this site or any associated platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services & Scheduling

All services, including coaching calls, strategy sessions, intensives, and packages, must be used within the timeframe stated on the respective checkout page. This includes, but is not limited to:

Time-Limited Packages: If a service is designated as a 6-week package, for example, all calls or sessions must be scheduled and completed within 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to schedule and attend sessions within the timeframe. Reminders may be sent, but failure to schedule sessions does not qualify for a refund or extension.
Unused Sessions: Any sessions not used within the designated timeframe will be forfeited and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Elyssa Smith or her team.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of digital services and personalized coaching, refunds are not provided except in cases of duplicate purchase or error. Please read all service descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule individual sessions with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited at the discretion of the coach. Missed sessions (no-shows) will not be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions and communication are held in strict confidence unless required by law. Your personal information will never be shared without your consent.

5. Results Disclaimer

While every effort is made to support your growth and success, Elyssa Smith does not guarantee specific outcomes. Your results are dependent on your participation, implementation, and individual circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching sessions, workshops, or programs are the intellectual property of Elyssa Smith and are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute these materials without written permission.

7. Modification of Terms

Elyssa Smith reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on the website.
